Testimonials
In their own words
Every quote on this page was said by a real client and published with their permission. Nothing is written on anyone's behalf.
Client testimonials
Client testimonials are published here once they are confirmed.
We only publish words people have actually said, with their permission. Nothing on this page is written on anyone's behalf, and no rating or review count is shown that we cannot stand behind.
If you have worked with Martin or MaryEllen and would be willing to say so publicly, they would be glad to hear from you.
How this page works
What you will and will not find here
Reviews are the easiest thing on a real estate website to fake, and the hardest thing for you to check. So it is worth saying exactly what this page does.
A quote appears only once the client it came from has confirmed we may publish it. It is shown as it was written — not tidied, not shortened to the flattering half. Where a review was left publicly on Google or Zillow, the card says so and links to it where the client has supplied the link, so you can read it in its original place alongside everything else that was said.
- No star ratings and no review counts. We do not hold that data, and a number invented to look reassuring is worth nothing to you.
- No composite or representative quotes assembled from several clients.
- No quotes moved here from a competitor, a brokerage page or a portal without the reviewer knowing.
- A quote is removed if the person who gave it asks us to remove it.
