About Martin
Who you would be working with
Martin Hoffman P.A. is a Broker-Associate with Hoffman & Closius, working with buyers and sellers across Broward County, Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County.
The best way to find out whether Martin is the right person for what you are trying to do is to ask directly — by phone or email, both below.
A fuller profile is on the way. It will be in Martin's own words. We would rather leave this short than fill it with the sort of thing anyone could have written about anyone — so until then, the page carries only what we can stand behind.
A broker-level licence, held within a brokerage
Florida issues two levels of real estate licence, and the broker licence is the senior of the two. A Broker-Associate holds it while practising under a brokerage rather than running one. It is a licensing distinction, and it is why the title reads the way it does — it says what Martin is licensed to do, and nothing about how often or how well he has done it.
Works with buyers and with sellers
Both sides of the market, rather than one. Which side of a deal you are on changes the advice, not the standard of it.
Across three counties
Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. South Florida is not one market, and what is true of Aventura is not true of Pembroke Pines.

Tell Martin where you are in the process — thinking about it, actively looking, or already under contract somewhere else — and you will get a straight answer about what to do next. It costs nothing, there is nothing to sign, and if the answer is that you should wait, that is what you will be told.
